Miku makes Celtic loan move

Celtic have strengthened their striking options by securing Getafe forward Miku on a season-long loan deal.

The 27-year-old scored 12 goals last season, helping Getafe to secure 11th place in La Liga.

Celtic boss Neil Lennon was pleased with the deal, citing the potential lack of options up front as a reason to secure the player: He is a powerful striker and he is a player we rate very highly, he told BBC Sport.
